Our world needs fixing.

Long ago the world was in a state of equilibrium. There was balance and harmony. But we have lost that. Instead of acting as stewards of the earth, we exploited it. Instead of seeking ways to live harmoniously and maintain the delicate balance of life on planet earth, we lost our way.

We inherited this world from previous generations. We cannot change the state of the world that was. What we can do is to repair the world for future generations. It is not an easy task, but as the Talmud teaches, “It is not upon you to complete the work, however you cannot excuse yourself from taking part.”
